We had a great experience. Everything was clean and tidy. We came in town for volleyball. The night we came in there were several storms and a tornado warning. The staff directed us to take shelter in their laundry room. The laundry room was super clean. Our tournament ended up being canceled and we had to leave early to get home before the roads flooded. The manager kindly refunded us for the night we wouldn’t be using. We will be staying there next time we are in town. Thank you for the hospitality!

Tori checked me in with a smile and the best professional customer service ever! I was very pleased with the check in process. The only negative was that my ac unit made some very loud noises during the night. After tapping on the unit, the noise stopped. Besides that, I was super please with my stay and room. 301 was my room. Very pleased. Thank you, Tori and staff!
Kaynesha was our contact at the front desk. She was amazing!!! So courteous, helpful, and very professional. Hilton should seriously consider hiring this young lady as a manager. She is a problem solver, and she definitely understands customer service!
We recently stayed at the Hampton Inn in Cabot, Arkansas with our two young boys and had a fantastic experience! The staff was absolutely wonderful. They were friendly, helpful, and genuinely seemed happy to have our kids around, which isn't always the case at hotels. This made a big difference for us as a family. The adjoining rooms were perfect for our needs, giving us plenty of space to spread out while still keeping an eye on the kids. The breakfast was also a big hit with everyone - a great way to fuel up for a day of exploring. My only minor complaint is that the ice maker on our floor wasn't working during our stay. Overall, this hotel is a great choice for families traveling to the Cabot area. We would definitely recommend it to others!

Clean, comfortable, and convenient. I will absolutely stay here again for work trips. Checking in and out of the Hilton app is incredibly easy and allows me to head straight to the room upon arriving. The general manager was incredibly kind and welcoming. A pleasant way to end and begin the day. The bathroom light was also excellent. Oftentimes an issue at hotels and makes applying makeup a hassle. Not the case here. Great lighting!
First, I’ll start with the employees. Every employee we spoke with was friendly and eager to help us. We felt welcomed to be there. The rooms are beautiful and so well designed. The fitness center was impressive and one of the best I’ve seen compared to many other Hilton Brand hotels across the globe. The pool was nice (we just picked a chilly morning to swim, so the water was cold). The breakfast had a good variety and they seem to rotate some flavors and things each day so it doesn’t get boring. The location and parking are great.
